Step by Step Instructions
After you click on the blue button for support, you will receive this dialogue box. Click on Run.
The remote support file will then start up and you will see this dialogue box. Again, click on Run.
The application will then run and you will recive this dialogue box. Please tell the technician your ID and Password.
The technician will then remotely control your computer to diagnose and correct the issue.
